How to Apply for LAT 2026

Portal Registration
Visit etc.hec.gov.pk and create your profile. If you already have an account, simply login.

Select Test Program
Click on 'Law Admission Test' on the dashboard and fill out the detailed application form.

Fee Submission
Deposit Rs. 2,010/- via 1Link/1Bill (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Mobile Banking) and verify the payment on the portal.

Submit Application
Review all details and click 'Submit'. You will receive a confirmation SMS and Email from HEC.
Important Instructions for LAT Aspirants
The HEC Law Admission Test is conducted 3-4 times a year to facilitate students entering 5-year LLB programs. According to the 2026 calendar, the next most critical deadline is May 25, 2026. If you are currently in your 2nd Year (Intermediate) or awaiting results, you are eligible to appear on a "Hope Certificate."
Ensure you arrive at the test center with your original CNIC/B-Form and a printed hard copy of your Roll Number Slip. Digital copies are strictly prohibited by the Education Testing Council (ETC).
